






Stuart Hornery is a Civil Engineer who has spent most of his business life with Lend Lease. He became CEO in 1978, Chairman in 1988 and retired in 2000. Stuart is currently Chair of The Hornery Institute. The Hornery Institute was established with funds provided by the employees and shareholders of Lend Lease on his retirement, in recognition of his service. The Hornery Institute helps communities create a better place to live, work and play. Stuart is an active owner and director of WWW.
Originally from Melbourne, Lynette Mayne's career has been entirely in business, including some 15 years offshore working for such well known companies as NBC and Pan Am in New York. During the 90s she was a divisional CEO with Lend Lease, and today is Executive Chair of Work Wear World, Chair of the ACTU Lend Lease Foundation and a member of Chief Executive Women. Lynette has been Chair of the NSW Health Industry Council and a member of APEC.
We are also fortunate to have passionate group of dedicated employees. 25% of the shareholding of Work Wear World has been set aside for the benefit of our employees. The strategy of our employees benefiting from the financial success of WWW contributes to ensuring we have a customer focused culture. Although we have grown rapidly since being established, we have been able to do so without compromising our commitment to deliver on our promises.
